These Terms & Conditions govern charitable contributions made through armeniaforkids.am — both direct donations and contributions associated with our Charity Evening on 17 June 2026. By making a contribution, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

2.1 Nature of a donation

A donation to Armenia for Kids NGO is a voluntary, non-reciprocal charitable contribution to the statutory activities of the organisation — primarily the playground project in Stepanavan and future urban projects for children in Armenia.

You receive no goods or services in exchange for a donation. A donation is not a purchase.

2.2 Donation amount and currency

You may donate any amount. Donations on our site are denominated in Armenian Dram (AMD). For donations made via the reArmenia platform, the rules and currency of that platform apply.

2.3 Donation refunds and cancellation

All payments made through this website are voluntary charitable donations to Armenia for Kids NGO and are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable after successful processing.

In cases of duplicate payment, technical error, or an incorrect amount entered by mistake, donors may request a refund by contacting yerevanforkids@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. Any approved refund will be made to the original payment method.

3. Charitable contributions for the Charity Evening — 17 June 2026

3.1 Nature of a contribution for the evening

A contribution at one of the levels below is a voluntary, non-reciprocal charitable donation to Armenia for Kids NGO in support of its statutory public-benefit activities, including the playground project in Stepanavan. As a token of appreciation, the donor may receive a complimentary invitation to attend the Charity Evening on 17 June 2026, subject to availability.

The invitation is not sold, is not a purchased ticket, and is not a commercial good or service. The donation is not made in exchange for food, entertainment, event access, or any other commercial benefit.

3.2 The evening

Armenia for Kids NGO is hosting a Charity Evening & Auction on 17 June 2026, 19:00, at AI9 Startup Campus, 9 Isahakyan Street, Yerevan. The evening includes a fourchet zone with themed tables from partner projects, two charity auctions (art and brand), and a live programme. All proceeds support the playground project in Stepanavan.

3.3 Suggested contribution levels

All amounts are charitable contributions to Armenia for Kids NGO. There are no additional fees on our side. The third-party platform that processes contributions on our behalf (Event Hub) may apply a service fee for its agency role, which will be shown at the point of contribution.

3.4 How contributions are processed and how invitations are delivered

Charitable contributions may be processed through one of the following channels:

• directly through armeniaforkids.am via ID Bank CJSC VPOS infrastructure; or
• through an authorised third-party platform or event partner, such as EventHub, where applicable and subject to a separate agreement.

The available payment channel will be clearly indicated at the point of donation. In all cases, the contribution is made in support of Armenia for Kids NGO and its statutory public-benefit projects.

After your contribution is received, your complimentary invitation is delivered electronically to the email address you provided, typically within minutes. If you do not receive your invitation within one hour, please contact us at yerevanforkids@gmail.com.

3.5 Invitation transfer

A complimentary invitation may be transferred to another person at no charge. If someone other than the original contributor will attend, please email us their name and contact details in advance so we can update the guest list.

3.6 Refunds

Charitable contributions are non-refundable in the case of contributor cancellation, change of plans, or inability to attend. We recommend transferring the complimentary invitation to someone else who can attend.

Full refund of the contribution is available in the case of event cancellation by Armenia for Kids NGO. If we cancel the evening:

• All contributors will be notified by email
• A full refund will be issued to the original payment card
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation announcement

If the evening is postponed (not cancelled) to a new date, the complimentary invitation remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement.

3.7 Event rules and admission

Armenia for Kids NGO reserves the right to refuse admission or remove from the venue any person whose behaviour is inappropriate, illegal, or endangers other guests. No refund of the charitable contribution will be given in such cases.

The evening is for adults (18+) due to the nature of the auctions and the wine tasting included in the programme.

4. Payment

Charitable contributions are processed by ID Bank CJSC via secure VPOS infrastructure. We accept:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• ArCa (Armenian Card)
• Idram

All transactions are encrypted (TLS). Card details are never visible to or stored by Armenia for Kids NGO — they are handled exclusively by the certified payment processor.

5. Use of funds

All funds raised through this site are used exclusively for the statutory activities of Armenia for Kids NGO, primarily:

• Construction and equipment of the playground in Stepanavan (current project)
• Future urban infrastructure projects for children in Armenia
• Operational costs strictly necessary to deliver the projects (legally capped under Armenian NGO law)

Annual financial reports are filed with the Armenian state authorities and are available on request at yerevanforkids@gmail.com.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photographs, renders, illustrations, the wordmark “Yerevan for Kids” — is owned by Armenia for Kids NGO or licensed for our use. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial sharing on social media with credit.

Logos of partners (Tushpa Wines, AI9 Startup Campus, Karmir Yerevan, Ochre, Hoja, Asador, ERA, Brutents Ceramics, Major's House, openhaus, Bari Choir) belong to their respective owners and are used with permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Armenia for Kids NGO provides this site and its services on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, except where such liability cannot be excluded by Armenian law (in particular, the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights).

8. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes shall be resolved by negotiation in good faith. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects any changes. Charitable contributions are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of the transaction.
