Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payments made through this website are treated as voluntary charitable donations to Armenia for Kids NGO. Funds collected through this campaign are intended to support the design, construction, and development of a children’s playground in Stepanavan in line with the organisation’s charitable purposes.

Because these payments are donations and not purchases of goods or services, they are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable once the transaction has been completed successfully.

Charitable contributions connected with the Charity Evening on 17 June 2026 are also treated as voluntary donations, not as ticket purchases or payments for goods or services. A complimentary invitation to the Charity Evening may be provided as a token of appreciation and does not change the charitable nature of the contribution.

Exceptional cases when a refund may be requested

However, a donor may request a refund in exceptional cases, including:

• duplicate payment;
• technical processing error;
• clearly incorrect donation amount entered by mistake.

Charity Evening — non-attendance and event cancellation

If a donor who received a complimentary invitation cannot attend the Charity Evening, the donation remains allocated to the charitable campaign and is not refundable solely due to non-attendance. The donor may request to transfer the complimentary invitation to another person at no additional charge by emailing us in advance.

If the Charity Evening is cancelled by Armenia for Kids NGO, donors who made contributions specifically connected with the evening may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the cancellation notice. Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method, subject to the processing timelines of the relevant payment provider.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact us at yerevanforkids@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of the payment and include:

• the transaction date;
• the amount;
• the payment method;
• your contact details.

Refund requests are reviewed individually. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

When a refund may be declined

Armenia for Kids NGO reserves the right to decline a refund request where the donated funds have already been allocated or used for the stated charitable purpose, except where a refund is required due to a payment processing error.
